Speaker at the Compass III Conference on April 29th.

Country And It's Time to Take It Back,

Jim Hightower has spent three decades battling the Powers
That Be on behalf of the Powers That Ought To Be
- consumers,  working families, environmentalists,
small businesses, and just-plain-folks.

The Compass III Conference: A Statewide Progressive
Gathering will be held on April 28-29, 2006 at:
Cohn Adult Learning Center
4805 Park Avenue
in West Nashville.

The Conference will bring together  activists, advocates and
concerned citizens from across the state for two days of
networking, strategizing, issue forums and socializing.

It will be THE progressive gathering in Tennessee in 2006!
You don’t want to miss it!  

The TAP Dance and Celebration will be held on Friday evening April 28
at 7 p.m. at:
SPIN,
918 Main Street
in East Nashville.

It will feature live music by Rush Hour, the TAP Long Haul
Awards given to activists who have moved forward a
progressive agenda in Tennessee in the last year, a Silent
Auction, delicious ethnic food and a cash bar.
